Any Link to a page I create is changed randimly by your platform

Your platform keeps changing all links assigned to a page from a button, at will. This is insane. How can i rely that what i have done is going to stay at done, when I am having to constantly redo everything? This is not on. You cannot be providing a service, however new and early stages it is, if you can’t provide the most basic functionality that is reliable. Can anyone get back to me on this? You chat window is also something that doesn’t work. Every time an agent comes on, it creates a new chat, rather than answering in the chat I already have open. I can’t see when a new chat is open, so I keep getting timed out. Come on guys, if you are charging for a service, at least get the basics right!!
