Issues with Swapping and Deleting Areas in the Design Interface

I encountered two issues yesterday while using the system:

1. Unable to Swap Areas
I attempted to move Area 1 above Area 2, but no matter how many times I tried—in both Japanese and English—the layout broke or became distorted each time.

2. Error When Deleting a Specific Area
When I tried to delete a specific area, the system failed to remove it and instead displayed raw code on the screen.
