UI Not Loading After 2 Days of Processing – Need Assistance as a Paid User

I’ve been trying to create a UI for the past two days, but it’s stuck in the processing phase and won’t load. I am a paid user, and this issue is preventing me from making progress. Additionally, the "Send us a message" option under the Support button isn’t working, leaving me uncertain about where I can reach out for assistance.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to resolve this issue or contact support would be greatly appreciated.
